Remote Call Forward
A standalone service designed to complement the Dobson Local Services offerings. It allows incoming calls to be forwarded to another local or long distance telephone number and provides a local identity for companies without requiring a physical presence in that area.

Anonymous Call Rejection
Lets you reject calls from those who have blocked their number from being displayed on a caller id unit.

Automatic Callback
Dials and redials busy numbers, alerting you as soon as the busy lines are open again.

Automatic Recall
Allows you to retrieve just missed incoming calls.

Simultaneous Ring
Offers a simple “Find Me” service, in real time, for subscribers who are mobile but don’t want to miss important calls.  Any local or remote telephone may be used to activate/deactivate the feature to make changes to the Directory Numbers in a ring list. No special terminal or other subscriber premises equipment (CPE) is required.

User Transfer
Lets you transfer a call to another number and then drop off the call.

Trunk Hunt
Lets you switch incoming calls to the next consecutive number if the first number called is busy.

Toll Denial
Allows you to block all long distance calls from your phone.

Custom Toll Denial
Restricts long distance calls unless an assigned personal indentification number (PIN) is used.

Customer Originated Trace
Permits the subscriber to initiate an attempted trace of the last completed incoming call immediately after the call is terminated. $5.00 per successful trace.

Warm Line
Dials a predetermined telephone number after phone has been off-hook for 30 seconds.

Hot Line
Dials a predetermined telephone number automatically after the phone goes off-hook.
